OPS-NHR-BUG-001 — User dashboard claim control
The user-facing dashboard exposed Claim and other agent coordination controls. Clicking Claim temporarily assigned FTR-NHR-007 to the user session without useful feedback.
- Expected
- The user sees project progress and questions requiring a response; Codex/Claude ownership controls remain private.
- Resolution
- Removed claim, review, and todo controls from the user view; retained them in the backend; added the read-only status view; released the accidental claim.
- Verification
- Seven proof tests pass, the event chain verifies, and the dashboard no longer exposes claim controls.

OPS-NHR-REL-001 — Coordination ledger and dashboard
The local coordination subsystem is operational and now imports the canonical Master Plan and Feature Register into a visible project-status view.

- Current status
- 6 complete, 15 open, 3 deferred. Current focus:
G1-DESIGN-FREEZE. No user response is currently required.
- Boundary
- This is a local coordination release, not the Nahrun public website. The broader site platform remains governed by its design and release gates.

REL-NHR-004 — Live updates and an always-on local server
Pages now update the moment the ledger changes rather than polling every ten seconds, and the local server runs unattended: at boot, before login, and again after a crash.

- Server-Sent Events on the dashboard, a WebSocket on the Designer, and a Windows service under
src/tools/service with three layers of restart.
- Current status
- Installed and running as
nahruncoordinationserver.exe: start mode Auto, account LocalSystem, serving 127.0.0.1:8765. Nothing to start by hand.
- Boundary
- Windows only; production uses pm2 per
DEC-NHR-005. Both transports carry notice only, so no new route and no new authority.
